Error printing PDF reports - utf8x encoding issue

There is currently a bug in APD Test Software version 1.4.1 (and all older versions too) that causes an error while printing the PDF output reports. It is caused by recent updates to some MiKTeX packages, which make the UTF-8 encoding statement in the PDF generation code throw an error. I will be fixing the bug shortly and uploading the update (version 1.4.2) as soon as I can (definitely before the end of this week!).

The bug specifically affects users who have recently installed MiKTeX or have run package updates using the MiKTeX console after May 20, 2022. Please check the software webpage for the updated release.
